In 2005, Tri Delta launched their award winning peer-led program, Reflections, which is the first evidence-based body image education and eating disorder prevention program repeatedly shown to work. From Reflections came Fat Talk Free Week, an international, 5-day body activism campaign to focusing on body issues and its damaging impact on women in society.

FAT TALK FREE WEEK
Fat Talk Free Week 2009 (Oct 19 – 23) is an international, 5-day body activism campaign to draw attention to body image issues and the damaging impact of the 'thin ideal' on women in society. This 2nd annual public awareness effort was borne from Tri Delta's award-winning body image education and eating disorders prevention program, Reflections.

REFLECTIONS
The only program of its kind to be endorsed by the Academy of Eating Disorders (AED), Reflections is the first evidence-based, peer-led eating disorder prevention program repeatedly shown to work by independent scientists. It also represents a unique collaboration between academic psychology and sororities.
